Hello all.

The handover is in less than 7 hours time, we must be mentally and physically prepared.
I think you guys will read this post after band day anyway.

Yeah, thanks for the help you guys have contributed.
No matter how small or big your contribution is, we'd surely have recognised them and
also be grateful to you for contributing.
Thanks for the paint, brushes, hard work, sweat, perspiration, blood.
We are band people who share the same blood, the band blood.

No matter what turns out later on for the decoration part, it doesn't matter.
What it matters is the process, the process where we prepared those stuff till wee hours,
we suffered the scoldings, the chasing-us-away-from-school thing.
We bond as a batch, suffer as a batch, enjoy the good harvest as a batch.
Only after our batch is bonded then we can bond with the batch.

Back to the preparation.
Although at beginning, each of us may have different views and ways for the decoration and much conflicts and disputes started, we still managed to settle them and stand as a batch.
Sometimes, one may have a fabulous idea but we need the acceptance of the majority.
I'm apologetic if your idea isn't accepted.
It maybe because of acceptance, time constraint and the amount of manpower that we possesses. (Let's not digress to history)
However, after we get all our points clear, we are clear of what we are doing, everyone just
plunged their head into work and started to chiong like crazy. As ONE batch.
(YAY!)

Through this preparation of things, I know that some of the people were neglected.
But, maybe they would like to see from our point-of-view.
Would you guys like to approach us and confront us about the areas where you guys can help with instead of us forcefully forcing you guys to come for meetings and designing.
We would like to have a batch of BAND people who would like to use their initiative instead of being forced to do something they'd not like to do.
I'm trying to stand on a neutral side.
Sorry if I've hurt anyone.

Lastly, I would like to thank specifically some people.
